Every Baisa Begum creation is handcrafted in small batches using natural materials and artisanal techniques. Many of our pieces are made to order or finished by hand especially for you. For this reason, all sales are considered final.

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, we'd be delighted to assist you before you place your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take immense pride in the quality of every piece that leaves our studio. Should your order arrive damaged in transit or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

A photograph of the shipping label
Your order number

Our team will carefully review your request and, where appropriate, arrange a suitable resolution.

As each piece is individually handcrafted, slight variations in weave, texture, colour and artisanal detailing are an inherent part of its character and are not considered faults or defects. These natural variations are what make every Baisa Begum creation beautifully one of a kind.
